Yesterday we had a great group of coaches come out Yesterday we had a great group of coaches come out for our first ever NJ NICA Coaches Retreat. Ben Tufford of Cognition Coaching facilitated an amazing day filed with questions and conversations about our NICA "why", about how expectations (our own and others) can shape team culture, and about how we can challenge our student athletes to become not just better riders, but better teammates and better leaders. Thanks Ben for asking tough and thoughtful questions, and to all the coaches who came out to answer them!
